• Problem: Due to the high water table regulators required the owner to bring in tons of soil and sand if he were to construct a traditional leach field. He was given the choice of that or to move the house to another location on the property.
  
  
• Solution: The PhytoKlare 500 system solved both issues. The house did not have to be moved and because the PhytoKlare 500 system is completely lined with a pvc liner the high water table was not seen as a big concern. The property owner received permission to locate his house where he wanted and the PhytoKlare 500 now uses a very small part of his property. It saved money for the owner and preserved the original landscape.
